Refund & Return Policy for Pet Food Orders
  1. Return Period (Non‑defective): Customers may request a refund or return within 7 days
  2. Condition of Items: Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging. Opened or partially used pet food is not eligible for refund unless damaged/faulty.
  3. Defective or Damaged GoodsIf received damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos or description. No restocking fees, and return shipping cost will be covered by us.
  4. Return MethodsRequests must be made via email or contact form with order number and reason. After approval, customers receive instructions and may either ship items back at their own cost or drop off at the return address.
  5. Shipping Charges & Restocking Fees
    1. Non‑defective returns: customer pays return shipping.
    2. Defective returns: we cover return shipping.
  6. Refund Method & Processing TimeRefunds issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  7. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. After shipment, follow standard return procedure above.
